This video was recorded for Harvard's conference on "Universal Health Coverage: Challenges, Measurements, and Evaluation Strategies" on 13 September 2012. In this video, I present Rwanda's community-based health insurance program, Mutuelles de Santé, and describes the principles of policy-making and program implementation in Rwanda.
