I send this video message for the Global Education and Technology (GET) Health Summit in New York City, hosted at the United Nations, on 6-7 February 2013. The remarks are part of the Ministerial Forum panel on 7 February. The Summit was convened by the Johns Hopkins Center for Clinical Global Health Education, and the Global Partnerships Forum.
